To create a post in ZoomSphere, open your Scheduler and click the red Plus button in the calendar. Then choose the channels and post type, add your media and caption, select automatic or manual publishing, set the date and time, and save the post with a status. One post can be published to several social networks at once.
1. Choose channels and post type

Technical requirements for each type: Post Types & Publishing
2. Upload images or video
Upload media from your computer, ZoomSphere Files, Dropbox or Google Drive. Edit images right in the post with the Image Editor (crop with presets, filters, rotate, flip, zoom).
3. Write the caption
Write the caption yourself, generate it with the AI Copywriter, or insert a saved one from Hashtags & Templates. You can also add a location and emoji, and target your audience (Facebook and LinkedIn Pages only).
On Instagram posts and Facebook Reels you can also tag users and invite collaborators (Instagram Collabs, Facebook Collabs).
4. Choose the publishing mode
Automatic publishing: ZoomSphere publishes the post at the scheduled time once it has the Approved status.
Manual publishing: the responsible user gets a push notification at the scheduled time and publishes the post from the ZoomSphere mobile app.

5. Add content pillars and tags (optional)
Use content pillars and tags to categorize your posts. They are for your internal organization only and are not published.
6. Set the date and time
Set the date and time of publishing, or choose Publish Now to publish immediately (available to users with the Admin Scheduler role).
Facebook limit: Approved Facebook posts can be scheduled at most 29 days ahead, due to Meta API limitations that apply to all third-party tools.
7. Set the status and save
Choose a status and click Save. Posts with the Approved status and automatic publishing are published at the scheduled time. Learn more about Statuses & Publishing Flow.
