The Publish Now button in ZoomSphere's Scheduler allows instant publishing of posts without delay. However, access to this feature depends on user roles within the platform.
Who Can Use the Publish Now Button?
The Publish Now button is only available to users with the following roles:
✅ Admin
✅ Administrator Account
Users with the following roles do not have access to this option:
❌ Editors – Can only schedule posts, with the earliest publishing time being 10 minutes from the current time.
❌ Clients – Can only schedule posts, with the earliest publishing time being 10 minutes from the current time.
Need Access to Publish Now?
If you require the Publish Now button but do not currently have access, you can request a role change from your account’s Administrator. The Administrator can update your role permissions to grant access to this feature.
