Publish your TikTok videos with ZoomSphere in two ways. Automatically, at the set time & date, ZoomSphere publishes your post for you or manually via the ZoomSphere Mobile app.

"Why, though? Why should I publish my content manually when ZoomSphere can do it for you, and I can invest my time elsewhere?"

Well, TikTok exclusively supports videos with specific formats and sizes for auto-publishing. And if your file exceeds these limits, auto-publishing will be disabled, making manual publication the only option. πŸ’‘

Additionally, note that the auto-publish option doesn't support adding TikTok songs, filters, stickers, etc. Choose manual publishing if you wish to include any of these elements. πŸ˜‰

To do that, please ensure you download the ZoomSphere mobile app to your phone. The app is available on both πŸ‘‰ Google Play – App Store πŸ‘ˆ

Manual Publishing

1. Create a new post

Select at least one TikTok account as a post source, upload your video, and set the video cover.

Note: You can publish Reels and TikTok posts at the same time. Learn more.

2. Post Copy

Add a post copy to the Add Clipboard Text tab below the video. It will be automatically copied to your phone during the manual publishing, so you can easily paste it to the post. πŸ˜‰

3. Assign Responsible User

Enable the Manual via the ZS mobile app and assign one of your Teammates responsible for publishing the post manually to TikTok. This user will receive a push notification when it's time for publishing.

If you don't assign any User, no one from your team will receive a mobile notification (including the post author)❗

4. Schedule Time & Date

Set the time and date for publishing. Add Scheduler labels & tags to categorize your post, and once your post is completed, select the Approved status. βœ”οΈ

5. Mobile Notification

The assigned teammate receives a push notification on their device. Open the post in the ZoomSphere Mobile app by clicking the notification.

6. ZoomSphere Mobile app

Now, you have time to double-check the post before publishing. Scroll down the post and tap the Publish to Instagram Now button to transfer your post to the TikTok app.

7. TikTok App

Create a new post on TikTok. The video will be downloaded to your phone gallery, and the copy will be copied to your clipboard. And share! βœ”οΈ

Please note that posts set for manual publishing will automatically receive the 'Published' status at the scheduled time, regardless of whether you have officially published them or not.
