Learn how to create and publish video to TikTok!

In today's digital landscape, TikTok has emerged as a powerful platform for brands and content creators to engage with audiences through short-form videos.

With ZoomSphere you can schedule and publish your video content to TikTok in minutes and save tons of time! It is up to you whether you wish to publish it manually via ZoomSphere mobile app to add some fun interactive elements or automatically.

How to create a TikTok video

First, ensure your TikTok account is connected to your Scheduler app – Settings/ Data Sources.

Select your TikTok account as a source, and upload your video.


Once you upload your video, set up a video cover and add video captions.

Choose how you want to publish your TikTok video:

  • Automatic – ZoomSphere will publish the video for you at the scheduled time once the Approved status is assigned.

  • Manual via ZoomSphere mobile app – receive a push notification to your phone when it's time to publish. Learn more.

Add internal tags and label to categorize your content in the Scheduler app.

Schedule the publication date and time and assign a post status. ⏰

Confirm your post when it is ready to go live at the scheduled time by assigning the Approved status ✔️ and hitting the "Save to Scheduler" button.

Or publish your post immediately by clicking the "Publish now" button, or save your post to Unscheduled Queue for future use. 📆


Once the post is published, the post status automatically changes to a grey system status "Published."
