Creating and publishing a Facebook Story is the same as Instagram Stories. It's up to you whether you want to post them automatically or manually using the ZoomSphere Mobile app and spice up your Story with catchy tunes or cool stickers.
Automatic Publishing of Facebook Stories
ZoomSphere will automatically publish your Story at the scheduled time once the post is confirmed by the green Approved status. ✔️
How to Create & Auto-publish a Facebook Story
Select your Facebook Page. You can also select Instagram to create a combo story for both platforms. And choose the post type: "Story."
Upload the file(s). You can upload up to 20 images or videos per one Facebook Story post.
Choose the publishing mode – Automatic publishing.
Assign an internal label and tag, and choose when you want your Story to go live by scheduling the publication date and time. 📆
Confirm your Story with the Approved status and hit "Save to Scheduler" once you know your Story has been approved and is ready to go live at the scheduled time! ✔️
Later on, ZoomSphere will publish your Facebook Story at the scheduled time, and the post status will automatically turn to "Published."

Remember, if you opt for automatic publishing, ensure your Stories meet the recommended file format per Facebook's API restrictions to avoid potential errors. 💡
Photo Stories
File type: JPEg, PNG, GIF (static), TIFF
File size: 4 MB (maximum); we recommend not exceeding 1MB for PNG, or the image may appear pixelated.
Video Stories
File type: MP4 (recommended)
Aspect Ratio: 9:16
Resolution: 1080 x 1920 px (recommended), 540 x 960 px (minimum)
Frame Rate: 24-60 FPS
Duration: 3 to 60 seconds
Video Codec: H.264, H.265
Audio Bitrate: 128kbs
Audio Codec: AAC Low Complexity
When any specification is exceeded, automatic publishing will be disabled. 💡
Facebook Story API Limitations
Automatic publishing doesn't support captions. If you want to include a caption, you must publish your Story manually through the ZoomSphere mobile app.
The Post-performance feature isn't available for Facebook Stories.
Post IDs are not available for Facebook Stories.
Manual Publishing of Facebook Stories
Choose a responsible user to handle the publishing. When it's time to publish your Story, the designated user will receive a push notification on their phone, allowing them to easily publish your pre-approved content directly to Facebook using our mobile app. 📱 Learn more.
How to Create & Manually Publish a Facebook Story
Ensure that you or the assigned user have installed the ZoomSphere mobile app on your phone to receive a phone push notification, which is crucial for manual publishing. 💡
Select your Facebook Page. You can also select Instagram to create a "Combo Story" for both platforms. And choose the post type: "Story."
Upload the file(s). You can upload up to 20 images or videos per one Facebook Story post.
Choose the publishing mode – Manual via ZS mobile app, and assign a responsible user to take care of the Story publication. This user will receive a phone notification when it's time to publish the Story. Also, ensure that the dedicated user has installed the ZoomSphere mobile app to receive the notification at the scheduled time.
Add Caption (optional). Spice up your Story by adding text, URLs, and emojis. The caption will automatically be copied to your phone clipboard during manual publishing, enabling easy caption pasting to the post.
Adding captions to your Story is unavailable for automatic publishing due to API limitations. 💡

When it's time to publish your Story, the assigned user will get a mobile push notification. Tap the notification to open the post, scroll down, and then hit "Publish to Facebook now" to open the Facebook app.
The file will be automatically downloaded to your phone's gallery, and the caption will be saved to the clipboard.

What Publishing Mode Should I Choose for My Story?
→ If you plan to include audio from the Facebook library or any other fun elements like stickers, polls, filters, etc., choose manual publishing.
→ Opt for automatic publishing if your Story already includes audio and doesn't need any manual adjustments.
