Open your mobile Scheduler and hit the red plus button at the bottom right corner. Select "New post."

Select your Facebook Page, choose post type: "Story" and upload the files.

Add a caption (optional). The caption will automatically be copied to your phone clipboard during manual publishing, enabling easy caption pasting to the post.

Select the publishing mode, "Manual via ZS mobile app," and assign one user responsible for the publication → this user will receive a phone notification when it's time to publish the Story, which will be sent by the ZoomSphere mobile app.

Add an internal tag and label, select a post status, schedule the publication date and time, and hit "Save" or "Publish to Facebook now" if you wish to publish it immediately.

Receive a push notification when it's time to publish your scheduled Facebook Story. Tap the notification to open the post in the ZoomSphere mobile app.

Double-check your post once more, scroll down, and click the blue "Publish to Facebook now" button.

The file will be automatically downloaded to your phone's gallery.

The Facebook app will open. Switch to your Facebook Page and create a new Story.

Select files from your gallery and select story type "Separate stories."

Click "Edit" at the top right corner to add fun elements.

Add the caption (if prepared). Tap and hold to enable the paste option, then insert your copied caption from your clipboard.

Once you've finished setting up your Story, tap the blue "Share story" button.

Done! Now, sit tight and wait for Facebook to upload your Story. 👏
