How notifications work in the ZoomSphere mobile app

With the ZoomSphere mobile app, you receive push notifications directly to your phone, ensuring you stay consistently updated. Here's a summary of the notifications you can expect to receive.

Push Notifications

Receive a push notification to your phone whenever:

The Scheduler App

  • Mentions: You'll get mentioned by any user in the post Internal comments and Discussion with client.

  • When it's time to manually publish Instagram, TikTok posts, Facebook Reels, and Stories, and you're assigned to handle the manual publication.

The Workflow Manager

  • Card (task) assigned

  • Mentions in the comment section

The Community Manager

  • Mentions: You'll get mentioned in a note below a message by any teammate.

Notification Center

You can see all the notifications under the bell notification icon in your mobile app the same way you can on your desktop.
It includes comments from assigned cards (even without mentions) and information about expiring tokens.
