How to Use Manual Publishing Mode
1. Enable Manual Publishing
→ Select Manual Publishing mode for your post, and assign the Approved status.
2. Assign Responsible User
→ Choose team members to receive push notifications for manual publishing, ensuring efficient collaboration.
3. Receive Push Notification
→ When it's time to publish, a push notification will be sent to your (or the assigned user's) mobile device.
4. Open Post in ZoomSphere Mobile App
→ Click the notification to open the post in the ZoomSphere Mobile app.
5. Publish to the Native Platform
→ Scroll down the post and hit the "Publish to" button to transfer the post to the native platform app (e.g., Instagram).
→ Post files are downloaded to your phone, and the post copy is saved to your device's clipboard for easy pasting. And complete the publishing process. ✔️
