There are two types of publishing on Instagram via third-party tools (ZoomSphere):
β
Automatic
β Allows you to publish content directly to Instagram without the need for manual posting using push notifications on your phone and our ZoomSphere mobile app
β Your uploaded file format (image or video) needs to match the official Instagram API-supported requirements in order for the post to be published automatically.
Manual
β A great way to schedule posts such as stories and reels in case you wish to spice it up with stickers, music, filters, etc. π
β Publishing content manually via ZoomSphere Mobile App.
β Will be automatically enabled when your uploaded file format exceeds the supported requirements.
1. Automatic Publishing
What is supported:
There are some limitations:
25 published posts within a 24-hour period β but you can post more posts natively from Instagram or using ZoomSphere manual posting (with a push notification to your phone) β Learn more
Branded content tags and shopping tags are not supported
Filters are not supported β only if you use manual posting via the ZoomSphere mobile app
Read about photo requirements here.
β
Photo and Video Requirements for Automatic Publishing β‘οΈ
There are official requirements from Instagram for images and videos in order to be published automatically.
β
If you created a single image or video post and were offered only a MANUAL publishing option, some requirements are unmet. Learn more
For that case, we have added our Image Editor, where you can easily crop your images to the supported size for each post type.
2. Manual Publishing via ZoomSpere Mobile App
You can use manual posting for all possible scenarios:
Image posts
Carousel posts
Reels
Stories
If you want to use Instagram filters, add music, stickers, etc.
Download the ZoomSphere app: Google Play and App Store.
How to do it:
β Choose the Manual publishing mode and choose a teammate responsible for publishing
β Schedule and approve your Instagram posts in the Scheduler.
The approved posts are synced into your ZoomSphere mobile app, and our app will notify you right in time when it's time to publish them.
You will tap on the notification to open the app and see the details of the post you have scheduled in the Scheduler; click on Publish to Instagram and choose Feed or Stories.
Then, you can finish all touch-ups in your Instagram app, where you will be redirected automatically by the ZoomSphere app.
