Learn how to integrate your Dropbox to your ZoomSphere flow

Managing content across multiple platforms can be a hassle, but with Dropbox integration in ZoomSphere, you can now upload files directly from your Dropbox account to key ZoomSphere features—Scheduler, Workflow Manager, Chat, Notes App, Files, and Comment Tabs—with just a few clicks!

How It Works

Uploading files from Dropbox to ZoomSphere is as simple as it gets:

  1. Click the Upload Button

    • Whenever you're in Scheduler, Workflow Manager, Chat, Files, Notes App, or a Comment Tab, just click on the Upload button.

  2. Select Dropbox from the Dropdown Menu

    • You’ll see a new choice in the file upload options: Dropbox. Click on it to proceed.

  3. Browse & Select Your File

    • If you're already logged into Dropbox in your browser, a new tab will open, allowing you to browse through your folders and select the file you want to upload.

    • If you're not logged in, you'll be prompted to sign in before accessing your Dropbox files.

  4. Upload & Done!

    • Once you choose a file, it’s instantly uploaded to ZoomSphere, ready to be used in your workflow.

Limitation

The Dropbox integration works seamlessly across all supported ZoomSphere features, with no restrictions on file types or sizes beyond what Dropbox allows. Whether you're adding assets to a scheduled post, sharing documents in chat, or managing workflows, Dropbox makes the process smoother and more efficient.
