ZoomSphere Scheduler supports Threads Profiles, giving you full control over your Threads content in one place. This article covers all the features available for Threads Profiles.
🌁 Supported Post Types
You can create the following post types for Threads Profiles in ZoomSphere Scheduler:
Text / Link post
Image post
Video post
Carousel post
Reel
🏷️ Topic Tag
On Threads, you work with one main Topic Tag, which is shown at the top of the post, next to the profile name.
When you add hashtags to your caption, the first one will be set up as a Topic Tag. You can also set it directly in the dedicated Topic Tag field.
👤 Mentions
Mentioning other Threads accounts is a great way to increase visibility and start conversations.
To mention another Threads account, type @ followed by the exact username of the account you want to mention.
💡 Threads supports mentions for public profiles only.
📲 Publishing
Almost all Threads posts can be posted only automatically. This means the post will be published on the scheduled date & time if it's in the Approved status, without any additional steps.
The only exception is Reel, which can be posted both automatically and manually.
How manual publishing works:
Once the post reaches Approved status, the assigned user receives a push notification in the ZoomSphere Mobile App at the scheduled time.
The user taps the notification and clicks Publish to Threads now.
The video is automatically downloaded to the device gallery, and the caption is copied to the clipboard.
The user is immediately redirected to the native Threads app.
In the Threads app, the user selects media from the gallery, pastes the caption, adds any native elements, and publishes the post.
Manual publishing will be set up if your video doesn't match 👉🏼 the Threads Requirements for automatic publishing.
↔️ Combo Posts
ZoomSphere allows you to combine Threads posts with other platforms for maximum reach. For example:
Poll – can also be published to X and LinkedIn at the same time
Short Video (Reel) – can also be published to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube at the same time
You can also use the Copy From button to duplicate content from one channel to another, saving time when repurposing content across platforms.
📊 Post Performance
After a post is published, you can track its performance directly in ZoomSphere Scheduler via the Post Detail view. Available metrics include:

Interactions
– Comments
– Likes
– SharesQuotes
