We’re excited to welcome a new channel to the ZoomSphere family - Threads!

From now on, you can create and publish Reels & Videos on Threads straight from your ZoomSphere app.

💡 Note: Reels can be published either automatically or manually, while Video Posts can only be published automatically.

Automatic Publishing

To make sure the post is published successfully, your video needs to meet the following technical requirements for automatic publishing. Once your Reel or Video Post is set to Approved status, it will be automatically published at the date and time you’ve scheduled.

Video Specifications

  • File Type: MOV or MP4 (MPEG-4 Part 14), no edit lists, moov atom at the front

  • Audio Codec: AAC, up to 48 kHz, mono or stereo

  • Video Codec: HEVC or H.264, progressive scan, closed GOP, 4:2:0 chroma subsampling

  • Frame Rate: 23–60 FPS

  • Resolution: Up to 1920 pixels wide

  • Aspect Ratio: Between 0.01:1 and 10:1 — we recommend 9:16 for the best fit

  • Video Bitrate: Up to 100 Mbps (VBR)

  • Audio Bitrate: 128 kbps

  • Duration: Up to 5 minutes (300 seconds)

  • File Size: Up to 1 GB

If your Reel doesn’t meet these requirements, auto-publishing will be turned off, and your post will need to be published manually instead.

Manual Publishing for Threads Reels

You can also share your Reels manually using the ZoomSphere Mobile App.
👉 Learn more about manual publishing here.

With manual publishing, you get extra flexibility to enhance your Reel - add filters, effects, stickers, or music right on Instagram to make your post more engaging.
