Automatic Publishing is perfect when you want your posts to go live without lifting a finger. Just schedule and approve, and ZoomSphere handles the rest.
How to Use Automatic Publishing
Step 1: Create your post in Scheduler
Add media, captions, hashtags, and all your creative details.
Step 2: Choose “Automatic Publishing” in post settings
Step 3: Schedule your desired date and time
Step 4: Set the post to Approved
Only posts with this status will be automatically published.
Step 5: Sit back!
ZoomSphere will publish the post exactly on time and update its status to “Published.”

Click the arrow next to “Save to Scheduler” and select Publish Now.
📱Manual Publishing – Flexibility via Mobile App
Manual Publishing is great when you want to add music, stickers, tags, or other effects before going live — especially for Instagram Stories, Reels, TikTok, etc.
How Manual Publishing Works
Select Manual Publishing in post settings
Set to Approved
Assign a Responsible User (who will receive the push notification)
Receive Push Notification at publishing time
Open ZoomSphere Mobile App
Tap “Publish to…” to move the post to the native platform (e.g., Instagram)

Copy post text to your clipboard for easy pasting
