1. Posts, Ideas, Quick Tasks & Notes

Easily create or edit your content on the go with the mobile app.

Open the Scheduler app, click the red "Plus" button, and then hit "New post."

Select the social channels where you want to publish your post and dive into creating! Learn how to create or edit posts here.

To create a Quick Task or Note, click the red "Plus" button and select the preferred content type: "Create Quick Task/Quick Note." Enter the task/note description. If needed, assign the task to any team member and hit the "Save" button.

2. Approval Flow

Every post needs to indicate its current stage in planning and publishing. Inside the Scheduler App, various default statuses are ready for manual assignment to your posts. Plus, you can always customize the statutes to fit your needs.

3. Public Holidays

Stay informed about public holidays by integrating them directly into your calendar system.

To enable/disable Public Holidays in your calendar, tap on the 3 dots in the top right corner of your Scheduler app and click "Preferences." Here, you have the option to enable/disable it, plus you can also choose which countries you wish to show. You can select as many as you need, by hitting thee "Select Countries" button๐Ÿ˜‰

4. Hashtag & Templates

This feature is also available in the mobile Scheduler app. This streamlined process ensures efficiency, saving you valuable time while curating engaging content for your audience!

To access it, simply tap on the blue text field and find the "Templates & Hashtags" in the bottom right corner of your screen.

You can easily access your pre-made templates or explore suggested hashtags to supercharge your posts.

5. Sending posts via Chat

Submit posts for client approval through a direct message or send them to a group channel or even to a workspace chat. This is the most effective and fastest way to get your scheduled content approved. Learn more here.

In the mobile Scheduler App, press your finger on the post you want to send. An action menu will show up, then click "Send to a chat room" and select the Room.

Write a message, and click "Send Message." That's it. Your post is now in the chat.

When you submit posts for approval, the user will receive a notification on their phone. They can easily open the notification and approve the posts with just a few taps. ๐Ÿ’ก Learn more about notifications here.

6. Discussions with Client and Internal Team

Collaborate on post details with your team or directly with your client.

In the Scheduler App, click on the post you wish to discuss. Once you've opened the post, swipe left to enter the "Client Comments." Swipe left once again to enter the "Internal Comments."

Client Comments: Available to all Users (Client, Admin, Editor)

7. Post Performance

Even in the mobile app, you can easily access the post-performance metrics of your published posts.

To access it, open the post and click the "Post-performance" icon.

Note: Metrics are only available for posts that have been published automatically,

and available for Facebook Page, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn Page.

8. Activity Log

Thoroughly tracks and records every slight change within the calendar, capturing details such as time, date, and the user responsible for the modification. It also serves as an archive for all deleted posts.

To access it, open the post and click the "Activity Log" icon on the top right corner of your screen.

Please note:

Features such as Image Editor, Instagram Feed, or Post History are not yet supported. This might change in the near future. ๐Ÿ’ก
