Add your Post Topic & Instructions — describe what the post is about.
Choose your language (we support 76!).
Toggle emojis and hashtags if you want them included.
Hit the “Write the AI” button and let the AI do its thing.
Persona: Set the Voice That Matches You 🎯
The Persona field helps the AI understand how you want your captions to sound — your brand voice, in one quick sentence.
You only need to describe it once - ZoomSphere remembers it for all future posts in the same workspace. 🙌
What can you include?
Tone (friendly, professional, bold…)
Text style (short, structured, punchy…)
Emoji preference (yes/no, how many)
Any special rules (e.g. no hashtags, always include CTA)

Once you click Write with AI, the AI Assistant creates 3 unique caption options for you. Here’s what you can do next:
Ask AI – This is your space to refine the result. Type follow-up prompts like “Make it shorter,” “Add a CTA,” or “Focus more on the offer” to guide the AI toward your perfect caption. It’s a creative back-and-forth to help you get exactly what you need.
Select – Paste the caption directly into your post.
+ UQ – Save that version of the post to your Unscheduled Queue.
Copy – Instantly copy the caption to your clipboard.

Click the “✨ Enhance with AI” button! You'll be taken to the Enhance with AI tab, where ZoomSphere’s AI helps you polish and upgrade your original text - without starting from scratch. 🚀
