The Persona field is one of the most important parts of using the Write with AI feature in ZoomSphere’s Scheduler.
It tells the AI what your voice sounds like, how you want your captions to feel, and who you're speaking to.
A strong persona = stronger, more relevant captions — every time.
Why it matters
AI is smart, but it's not a mind reader. When you describe your persona clearly, you're giving the AI a tone map to follow, helping it sound more like your brand and less like a generic caption generator.
👉 The more details you give the AI about your brand and tone of voice, the better the results will be!
Your persona is saved per Workspace, so you only need to write it once, and it will automatically apply to every caption you generate in that space.
What to include in your Persona
