You can now send multiple posts for review in one go — all beautifully packaged in a single email.
Here’s how it works:
Select posts in Scheduler via the Bulk Action button (top right corner)
Hit Send to Email
Add recipients + your custom subject + message
Send it off — and boom 💥
The recipient gets one clean email with previews of all the posts and a Manage Posts button. The whole monthly content approved within a minute! ✔️
From there, they’ll see:
All posts in one tidy view
Comment options, status changes, approvals — everything in one place
