Instagram has three types of profiles: business, creator, and personal. Due to Instagram’s API limitations, you can only work with business and creator accounts in ZoomSphere. Personal accounts are not supported and cannot be connected to your ZoomSphere account.

Business Accounts

Instagram’s API grants business profiles more capabilities than other types of profiles. Because of this, Instagram business accounts have access to more features in ZoomSphere.

Creator Accounts

Instagram creator accounts are created so influencers can manage their accounts directly on Instagram. In ZoomSphere, they pretty much have all the same features as business accounts, except for auto-publishing Instagram Stories. So, if you want to post Stories to your creator account, you'll have to do it manually using the ZoomSphere mobile app.
