And, naturally, if you are mentioned in any post, you'll still receive notifications regardless of the Follow/Unfollow settings. π‘

Notifications will include general comments without specifically mentioning you, similar to your current experience with all accessible apps.
Additionally, a π΄ red dot on the app tile will signal new content.
Unfollowing
You will only receive notifications when mentioned in a post comment or when assigned a Workflow Manager card.
It also means you won't be notified for comments that don't mention you.
You won't spot a π΄ red dot on the workspace list or app tile, signaling new contentβthink of it as being switched off due to unfollowing.
How to Follow an App
Navigate to the apps you wish to receive notifications for and click the Follow button at the top right corner. βοΈ
Note:
By default, all users have all the apps unfollowed.
The Follow button is available in apps with notifications, such as Scheduler, Community Management, Monitoring, and Workflow Manager.
