As a Client in ZoomSphere, you have the ability to approve posts before they go live. Posts that require your approval are marked with the status To Approve. Follow these steps to change the status to "Approved" and ensure your content is ready for publication.

Step 1: Access the Scheduler App

  1. Log in to your ZoomSphere account.

  2. Navigate to the Scheduler app.

  3. Locate posts marked with the orange "To Approve" status.

Step 2: Open the Post for Review

  1. Click on a post that is marked as To Approve.

  2. A detailed preview of the post will open, showing the scheduled time, visuals, caption, and any additional notes from the content creator.

  3. Review the image or video attached to the post.

  4. Read the post copy carefully to ensure accuracy and brand alignment.

Step 3: Approve the Post

  1. If the post meets your expectations, change the status from To Approve to Approved.

  2. The status will update, meaning the post is now scheduled for publication.

  3. Once a post is marked as Approved, ZoomSphere will automatically publish it at the scheduled time.

  4. After publication, the post status will change to Published and appear in grey in the Scheduler.

Step 4: Request Changes (If Needed)

  • If the post needs modifications, change the status from To Approve to Rework or any other custom status if applicable.

  • Leave a comment in the Comment tab explaining what needs to be changed. You can also type @ to mention a teammate and notify them directly about the requested edits.

  • The content creator will receive your feedback and make the necessary updates.

  • Once the changes are made, you can review and approve the post.

Step 5: Confirm Approval

  • Double-check that the post now appears under the Approved status.

  • You can always revisit the post if needed before the scheduled time.

Additional Tips

  • You can request email notifications when posts need your approval. For quicker approvals, your team can send you posts for review via direct messages, which you can also receive directly to your phone. Learn more here.

  • If you’re unsure about any content, communicate directly with your team through the Scheduler’s comment section.

  • Make sure to approve posts in a timely manner to keep the content calendar on track.

By following these steps, you ensure that all scheduled posts are reviewed, approved, and ready for publication smoothly.
