To streamline the approval process, ZoomSphere allows you to receive post-approval requests via email alerts. This ensures you never miss a pending post that needs your attention.

Receiving Post Approval Requests via Email

1. Request Email Notifications:

  • If you want to receive post-approval requests via email, inform your team administrator.

  • The Administrator must enable email alerts in the Status Settings.

2. Check Your Inbox:

  • When a post is sent for approval, youโ€™ll receive an email notification.

  • Open the email and click the provided button to instantly access the post in the Scheduler, where you can review, approve, or request changes.

3. Approve or Request Changes:

  • Review the post and either approve it or leave comments requesting modifications.
