How to Receive Post Approval Requests via Email in ZoomSphere

To streamline the approval process, ZoomSphere allows you to receive post-approval requests via email alerts. This ensures you never miss a pending post that needs your attention.

Posts can be sent to your review individually, one by one, or all in bulk.

1. Bulk Approval - All Posts in One Email

Content creators can send you multiple posts and ideas for your review in one custom email, where you can easily view all the posts on one screen and approve them one by one. You can also leave feedback in the post comment. πŸ’‘

2. Individual Approval - One post per email

This function needs to be set up individually, and you should request it if your team does not set it up automatically for you.

1. Request Email Notifications:

  • If you want to receive post-approval requests via email, inform your team administrator.

  • The Administrator must enable email alerts in the Status Settings.

2. Check Your Inbox:

  • When a post is sent for approval, you’ll receive an email notification.

  • Open the email and click the "Manage post" button to instantly access the post in the Scheduler, where you can review, approve, or request changes.

3. Approve or Request Changes:

  • Review the post and either approve it or leave comments requesting modifications.
