Meta requires every Instagram Professional account to be linked to a Facebook Page before it can be used in any third-party tool, including ZoomSphere. This guide shows you how to link the two in just a few steps.
Before you start
Make sure you have Full Control over the Facebook Page. Learn more about Facebook roles.

Link your Instagram account to a Facebook Page
1. Go to your Facebook Page, click Manage, and open Linked accounts in the left panel.
2. In the Instagram tab, click Connect account. You'll be redirected to Instagram – enter your login details and click Log in.
3. Facebook will guide you through a few confirmation steps. Confirm each of them to finish linking the accounts.
That's it – your Instagram account is now linked to your Facebook Page. 👏

Troubleshooting
Your Instagram is already linked to a Facebook Page, but something isn't working?
If you can't connect Instagram to ZoomSphere, the connection keeps dropping, or some ZoomSphere apps don't work as expected, your Instagram account has most likely been unlinked from the Facebook Page in the Page settings. Please check the Instagram + Facebook connection.
Instagram shows "Refresh token" in ZoomSphere, but its Facebook Page doesn't?
This means something is wrong with the link between your Instagram account and the Facebook Page. To fix it:
Open your Facebook Page and go to Settings → Linked accounts.
Check the Instagram connection. If you see a warning triangle with Review connection, click it and follow the steps to repair the connection.
Once the connection is fixed, your Instagram account should work in ZoomSphere again.
