If your account is established but cannot log in, navigate to the main log-in page and generate a new password by selecting "Forgot a password?"
A confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your ZoomSphere account.
Simply click the link within the email and proceed to create a new password. Ensure that you check all your email folders, including spam and promotions, for the confirmation message.
