I can't log in. How can I fix it?

Are you having troubles logging in?

Firstly, check with your ZoomSphere administrator (Master Account) if you already have your account created.

If your account exists and you still can't log in, go to the main sign-in page and generate a new password via the "Forgot a password?" feature.

A confirmation email will be sent to the email address registered in ZoomSphere – just click the link inside the email and create a new password.

Please, check all your email folders, including spam and promotions.
