Scheduler: Performance View

What can you do with Performance View? Learn more in this article

Written by Karolina

The Performance view is a dedicated analytics view in the ZoomSphere Scheduler that lets you review the performance of your published posts.

Performance view is another view of your Scheduler, such as Month view, Week view, or Compact view, and can be found in the View Dropdown.

List View and Grid View

Inside the Performance view, you can switch between two display modes using the toggle buttons in the top-left corner:

List View

Displays each post as a card with a thumbnail image, post text, channel name, publication date, and the currently selected performance metric. Synced posts are labeled with a SYNCED badge.

Grid View

Displays posts in a spreadsheet-style table. Each row is a post; columns show individual metrics. The bottom row displays SUM totals for the entire selected period.

You can customize which columns are visible using the Columns: Custom button — choose from a wide range of available metrics.

Navigating in Time

Use the left and right arrows in the top bar to move between months, or click the month name to open a year overview and jump to any month directly. The Today button brings you back to the current month.

Sorting Posts

Use the Sort by dropdown to sort posts by any available metric. Click the arrow icon next to the dropdown to toggle between descending and ascending order.

Grouping Posts

Use the Group By dropdown to organize posts into groups.

The available grouping options are:

  • None — No grouping (default)

  • Network — Group by social network (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)

  • Channel — Group by individual channel

  • Content Type — Group by content format (image post, video post, short video, etc.)

Filtering Posts

Click the filter icon (funnel) in the right sidebar to open the Filter panel. You can filter posts by:

  • Platform

  • Channel

  • Content type

Exporting Data

Use the Export CSV button in the top-right corner to download data for all displayed posts. The export includes all visible metrics for the selected time period.
