Supported Post Types

For TikTok Profiles, you can create the following post types via ZoomSphere:

TikTok Post Types Specifications

Make sure your uploaded video/image meets the supported format and size requirements for auto-publishing. If not, the post will need to be published manually using the ZoomSphere Mobile App instead.

πŸ’‘Manual publishing is also recommended for TikTok posts when you want to add trending sounds, effects, filters, stickers, or other native TikTok features.

These elements are not supported through third-party publishing due to TikTok API limitations and must be added directly in the TikTok app.

Mentions on TikTok Profiles

To mention another TikTok account, use "@" followed by the account's username and make sure to pay attention to uppercase and lowercase letters.

Once you click away from the caption, TikTok mentions will turn blue even before

publishing and they will hyperlink. To verify that the username was entered correctly, simply click on the mention directly in the caption.

After publishing, you can double-check the post directly on the platform. If the mention turns blue, it means the TikTok account was successfully hyperlinked and the mention works correctly.

Video Covers

After uploading your video, you can either upload a custom cover for your TikTok post or select a thumbnail directly from the video.

Disclosing Post Content

The Disclose Post Content section helps comply with TikTok’s transparency rules for promotional content.

  • Your brand β†’ use when promoting your own brand, products, or services.

  • Branded content β†’ use for paid partnerships or sponsored collaborations with another brand.

Using the correct option helps ensure your content complies with TikTok guidelines.
