When you disconnect a channel from ZoomSphere, here is what you can expect:
Posts are switched to read-only
Your existing posts will not be deleted. They will switch to a read-only state. It means these posts cannot be edited.
If your post is created for multiple channels and one of them is deleted from ZoomSphere, you can tap the deleted channel to remove it. After that, you can edit the post without any issues. ๐๐ผ Here is the complete guide
Channel is not removed from App Settings automatically
Disconnecting a channel does not automatically remove it from your App Settings. This way, you don't have to worry about losing your posts in the Scheduler. If you reconnect the channel to ZoomSphere, the posts in the Scheduler will appear again, and the channel will appear in the App Settings.
Teammates lose access to the channel
All teammates who previously had access to this channel will lose their access permissions upon disconnecting the channel.
Scheduled posts will no longer be published
Any posts scheduled for this channel will no longer be published.
๐ก Please note: for Facebook Pages, there is an exception. If a post is already in Approved status, it already exists on Facebook and will still be published.
โ
โThis applies only if Prescheduling is not disabled.
