Sometimes a scheduled post becomes uneditable after a channel is disconnected or deleted. This happens because ZoomSphere can no longer fully access the channel. How to fix it, depends on whether the channel was disconnected only from the Scheduler or removed completely from ZoomSphere.
β1. The channel has been disconnected from Scheduler
βIf the channel you planned your post for is disconnected, you will encounter the following error. π
β
βπ To edit or delete the post, the Administrator account has to reconnect the channel to the Scheduler. Access the Scheduler Settings -> Data Sources and select the channel.
β
βπ After you reconnect the channel, you will be able to edit your post again.
β
After that, remove the source from the post. Once thatβs done, you can disconnect the channel from the scheduler again if you no longer need it.π
β
β2. The channel has been removed from ZoomSphere
If the channel has been removed altogether, it will look like this. π
β
To fix this, all you need to do is click on the "Deleted channel" label directly. This will remove the channel from the post, allowing you to keep editing it. π
β
π‘ Note: Only the Administrator account can disconnect or remove channels. However, the βDeleted channelβ error or uneditable post message will appear to everyone who tries to view or edit the post.
