Instagram has three kinds of accounts – personal, creator and business.

Unfortunately, Instagram API doesn't support automatically published posts via a third-party app for the Creator accounts, that's why you need to have an Instagram business account.

👉 Important: Only Instagram BUSINESS accounts can be added to ZoomSphere.

Instagram API support

So, in order to connect an Instagram account to ZoomSphere, it's necessary to be switched to a Business Account (not a Creator Account).

You can set this up directly in the native Instagram mobile app or in the Instagram desktop version.

👉 Go to your Instagram account and open the Settings.

👉 In the Settings choose AccountSwitch to a Professional Account.

Choose the Business Account, not the Creator account.

Once you have chosen Business Account, you will be taken through a little tour introducing the account options and possibilities.

Select a Category of your business area and hit the button Done.
