The Scheduler app provides the capability to export your posts, enhancing visual imagination through various options.
Users have the flexibility to select a specific date range and apply customized criteria according to their preferences, including Statuses, Social Media Channels, Content Pillar, and Tags. 😉
How to export content from your Scheduler?
1. Access your calendar and select the "Calendar Export" button placed on the top right corner of your screen.
2. Customize your preferences by selecting date ranges, statuses, or social channels. You can also include Content Pillars and tags to identify your posts better.
3. Additionally, there is the option to differentiate between Post Statuses and independently designate an Idea.
4. An additional feature allows you to selectively choose specific posts you want to include in your downloaded file (for example, if you have a campaign, you may want to view only the video posts related to that particular campaign, not the image posts, etc.).
5. Once you've made your final selections, choose the format in which you'd like to export your content. You can choose between PDF and Excel files.
💡 Please note that there is a maximum export limit of 100 posts per export.
