It is crucial to know that ZoomSphere will not keep your data forever. That is the sad truth. This is why you should be prepared and start learning how to export your data to keep them safe. πŸ™‚

One of the best ways is to create overview reports for each quarter and eventually the whole year in our Report Builder.

ZoomSphere keeps its data in the Analytics app as follows:

Internal Social Profiles (Insights data)

External Social Profiles (Public data)

Facebook

Two years

Two years

Instagram

Two years

Two years or 250 posts

LinkedIn

One year

Not Available

YouTube

+ 4 years

Not Available

This applies to the Benchmarking app, too.

What are Internal and External Social Profiles?

Internal Social Profiles

Are all your internally connected profiles in the Master account? Thanks to your Page Role/Login, you have direct access to them. Therefore, ZoomSphere has access to the Insights data shown in your Analytics app.

External Social Profiles

Data sources that you connect in the App settings by the URL link/username. You do not have direct access. Therefore, ZoomSphere can only access Public data.
They are mainly used to observe and compare your competitor's data.

If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact us via the in-app chat or our email support@zoomsphere.com. πŸ™‚
