It is crucial to know that ZoomSphere will not keep your data forever. That is the sad truth. This is why you should be prepared and start learning how to export your data to keep them safe. π

One of the best ways is to create overview reports for each quarter and eventually the whole year in our Report Builder.
β
ZoomSphere keeps its data in the Analytics app as follows:
| Internal Social Channels (Insights data) | External Social Channels (Public data) |
Two years | Two years | |
Two years | Two years or 250 posts | |
One year | Not Available | |
YouTube | + 4 years | Not Available |
This applies to the Benchmarking app, too.
What are Internal and External Social Channels?
Internal Social Media Channels
Internal social media channels are all your channels connected in the Administrator account/Social media channels Settings. And, thanks to your Facebook Page access, you have direct access to them. Therefore, ZoomSphere has access to the Insights data shown in your Analytics app.
β
External Social Media Channels
Data sources that you connect in the App settings by the URL link/username. You do not have direct access. Therefore, ZoomSphere can only access Public data.
They are mainly used to observe and compare your competitor's data.
