Every internally connected Facebook page is linked to ZoomSphere via a Facebook account. Thanks to the Facebook account's page access and permissions, ZoomSphere can access Facebook and receive data in and out.

You can see what Facebook account is linked with every Facebook page in ZoomSphere in the Social media channels settings within the Master account.

πŸ’‘ To link a Facebook Page to another Facebook account, the account needs to have these Page access & permissions first!

The Facebook Account is already connected to ZoomSphere

1. Access Settings βš™οΈ

If you wish to change the Facebook page to another Facebook account, go to Settings > Social media channels.

2. Change linked account

Click the three dots on the Facebook page, click "Change linked account," and select the new Facebook account.

3. Done! πŸŽ‰

Once it is successful, you will see your Facebook Account written by the Facebook page.

And that's it – you are all set!πŸ‘

The Facebook Account isn't connected to ZoomSphere yet

First, you need to connect the new account to ZoomSphere, and then you can change the linked account. πŸ‘€

1. Log into Facebook

Log in to the Facebook account you wish to connect using the same browser where you're logged into ZoomSphere.

2. Refresh connection in ZoomSphere πŸ”„

Navigate to ZoomSphere > Settings > Social media channels. Locate the Facebook Page for which you need to change the linked account. Click on the three dots at the end of the row and select Refresh connection.

3. Change the linked account

Once refreshed, click on the three dots again. Choose "Change linked account." You should now see the newly connected Facebook profile in the selection box. Click on it.

4. You're all done! πŸŽ‰

That’s it! The name of the newly linked Facebook Account will now appear in the Page row.
