What is a linked account?
Every LinkedIn Page connected to ZoomSphere is linked via a LinkedIn Account. Thanks to the LinkedIn account's page access and permissions (Super Admin Page role), ZoomSphere can access and exchange data with LinkedIn, for instance, to publish content.
π‘ Please note: To link a LinkedIn Page to a different LinkedIn account, the new account must first have a Super Admin role for the LinkedIn Page due to the official LinkedIn limitations that apply to all third-party tools.
Where do I find the linked account?
Information about the linked account is in the Administrator Settings / Social Media Channels, next to each connected LinkedIn Page. π
The LinkedIn Account is already connected to ZoomSphere
1. Access Settings βοΈ
Navigate to Administrator Settings > Social Media Channels. Find the LinkedIn page on which you want to change the linked account.
β
2. Change the linked account π
To change the LinkedIn Account connecting the LinkedIn Page to ZoomSphere, click on the "three dots" next to the desired Page, and click "Change Linked Account." Then choose the new LinkedIn account from the selection box.

3. Done! π
If it's successful, you will see the new LinkedIn account listed next to the LinkedIn Page. If not, then it means the new LinkedIn Account does not have the required Super Admin role, and you must obtain it first. π‘
The LinkedIn Account is not yet connected to ZoomSphere
First, connect the new LinkedIn account to ZoomSphere, then change the linked account. π
1. Log into LinkedIn
Ensure you are logged in to the LinkedIn account in the same browser as you have ZoomSphere.
2. Refresh connection in ZoomSphere π
Navigate to Administrator Settings > Social media channels. Find the LinkedIn page on which you want to change the linked account. Click on the "three dots" at the end of the row and select "Refresh connection." You will be redirected to LinkedIn, where you must permit access to ZoomSphere. Simply follow the steps and confirm everything.
3. Change the linked account π
After refreshing, click on the "three dots" again and click "Change Linked Account." Then select the newly connected LinkedIn Account from the selection box.
