To get total value and experience from our Leads Manager App, you need the right set of permissions to the given Facebook page.
Page managed without Business Manager
To be able to view collected leads, you need to have "Facebook Access full control" for the managed Page.

The same goes for Business Manager, where the user needs to have enabled "Full control (business tools and Facebook) Everything", too. 👇
Missing Full Control Access
If you do not have or lose the required Full control access to your managed Page, ZoomSphere will indicate missing permissions in the Master account Settings / Social media channels accordingly. 👇
