When creating a new Analytics/ Benchmarking app or editing an existing one, you'll encounter the Data Source tab. In this section of app settings, you can seamlessly connect the social media channels and pages you intend to manage.

Generally, there are two options πŸ‘‡

Internal Social Media Channels

Internal channels are all the social media accounts connected to your ZoomSphere account in Social media channels settings. You must have admin or editor privileges for these accounts to establish a connection. This connection grants us full access, allowing retrieval of insight metrics (including historical data) and enabling the publishing of content.

Access the Master account and head over to Social media channels to add a new one.

External Social Media Channels

Data from external channels is limited to public metrics only. We cannot publish to them or retrieve private comments (direct messages). They are particularly useful for competitor analysis in the Social Media Benchmarking and Analytics app.

To connect a new external profile, go to Facebook/Instagram, look up the account, copy the URL, paste it to ZoomSphere, and hit the Load button. The profile will appear on the list.

If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact us via the in-app chat or on our email support@zoomsphere.com πŸ™‚
