The Compare results feature in ZoomSphere allows you to easily compare the performance of published posts. It provides a clear, side-by-side view of post statistics so you can quickly see which content performed better, how different channels compare, or how the same post performed across multiple profiles.

You can compare:

  • Multiple posts at once using Bulk actions

  • A single post published to multiple sources (e.g., multiple Facebook Pages, channels, or social networks)

How to Use Compare Results

Compare Multiple Posts Using Bulk Actions

  1. Open the Scheduler

  2. Click Bulk actions in the top bar

  3. Select the posts you want to compare

  4. Choose Compare results

  5. You’ll see a table with columns displayed side by side, showing statistics for each selected post or source

Compare a Single Post Across Multiple Sources

If a post was published to multiple sources (for example, several Facebook Pages or channels):

  1. Find the post published on more than one source (for example, more Facebook Pages or Facebook and Instagram)

  2. Click the three dots

  3. Select Compare results

  4. You’ll see a table with columns displayed side by side, showing statistics for each selected post or source

Why Use Compare Results

The Compare results feature helps you make data-driven decisions and better understand what works best for your audience.

Practical Use Cases

  • Identify top-performing content
Quickly see which post achieved the best results and use it as inspiration for future content.

  • Compare channels or profiles
Analyze how the same content performs across different Facebook Pages, social networks, or channels.

  • Test content variations
Compare similar posts (e.g. different captions, visuals, or posting times) to find out what drives better engagement.

  • Evaluate cross-posting strategy
Understand whether publishing the same post to multiple profiles brings consistent results or if some sources perform better than others.

  • Support reporting and insights
Use comparisons as a basis for internal reports, client presentations, or content strategy reviews.
