The EU's General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) took effect on May 25, 2018, and we are fully behind the spirit of these regulations for a safe and secure Internet. We aspire to embrace privacy by design and, whenever possible, not to collect and store personally identifiable information.

Our Privacy Policy mentions a few instances where personally identifiable information is required. Typically, this will include an email address to log in to ZoomSphere or a social network username to manage your account.

Overall, we aim for privacy by default: if data collection is not integral to the way our product works, then we won't collect it. This approach has felt very much in line with the spirit of GDPR, and we're fortunate that a lot of these data-collection practices have been in place at ZoomSphere for some time. As such, you may see a few banners or forms requesting consent for us to collect personally identifiable information for tracking or other purposes. We don't deem this information necessary to provide ZoomSphere's service to you, and we choose not to engage in activities and strategies that make this data relevant.

At any time, you may request your information to be exported and sent to you for review, and we promptly honor any requests by you to delete and forget your information.

Deletion

A user holds the right to request the deletion of all their personal data by closing their ZoomSphere account.

To initiate this process, kindly reach out to us through our in-app live support chat or by emailing us at support@zoomsphere.com.

Access / Portability

A user can request access to a copy of the personal data that we have collected. Users who wish to request portability can reach out to us at any time. Get in touch with us via our in-app live support chat or at support@zoomsphere.com.

Modification

If a user asks to change their information, we can do so within our admin portal. If a user has a modification to make, they can reach out to us at support@zoomsphere.com or via our in-app support live chat.

Data Protection Agreement

We have created a legal agreement that users and external parties can receive from us, promising the protection of all personally identifiable information that we collect and store.

Cookie Statement

At ZoomSphere, we utilize cookie technology, like many websites, to gather additional website usage data and enhance the Site and our Service. Cookies are small data files transferred to your computer's hard disk. Session cookies enable specific features and are deleted upon leaving the Site, while persistent cookies remain after browser closure, potentially aiding subsequent visits. Both session and persistent cookies help us comprehend user interactions, monitor aggregate usage, and enhance the Site and Service.

Additionally, we may automatically record device information, including IP addresses, web browser/device type, visited web pages/sites, and interaction timestamps, using technologies like "clear gifs" or "web beacons." These technologies may also track email message interactions within legal limits.

You have the option to configure your browser to reject cookies or prompt before acceptance, although this may limit Service feature accessibility.

Dispute Resolution Process

In the rare event of a dispute between you and ZoomSphere regarding handling your User's Personal Information, we will make every effort to resolve it amicably.
