From time to time it's necessary to clear your browser cache to prevent problems, protect your personal data, and help apps to run better on your computer.

Sometimes the browser doesn't load new versions of sites which can be a problem for viewing. If ZoomSphere seems to behave in a different way than usual, this might be the problem behind it. We have put together this article to help you find relevant information about clearing cache and how to do it in different browsers.

Various Browsers

Because the "how-to" instructions vary based on the type of your device, please have a look at the following official support links.

Chrome

Microsoft Edge

Firefox

Safari

Sometimes Safari remembers a lot – and if it causes trouble with viewing one or even various websites. Here is a step-by-step guide on how to remove cookies, cache, and other data stored by Safari for a specific site – in this case, zoomsphere.com.

On the main menu bar choose Safari – Preferences/Settings and click the Privacy icon. Then click on "Manage Website Data".

Type "zoomsphere" in the Search. In the result list, click on zoomsphere.com and click Remove. When it's finished, click Done and close the window.
