Administrator: How to Connect YouTube Channel

Learn how to connect your YouTube Channel to ZoomSphere

In this tutorial, we'll walk you through the process of connecting your YouTube channel to ZoomSphere. 🤗

💡 This tutorial is for users with access to the ZoomSphere Administrator Account.

  1. Go to Administrator Settings

  2. Select YouTube

    • In the list of available platforms, find YouTube and click Connect.

  3. Choose the Correct Google Account

    • A new window will appear, prompting you to sign in to your Google Account.

    • Make sure you select the account that is associated with your YouTube channel.

    • A Manager role is required. 💡 (if you do not have the Manager role, obtain it first)

  4. Select Your YouTube Channel

    • Once logged in, select the YouTube channel you wish to connect to ZoomSphere.

  5. Confirm and Continue

    • Click Continue to proceed.

  6. Grant All Permissions ✔️

    • On the next screen, ensure you grant all permissions ✔️ to allow ZoomSphere full functionality with your YouTube channel.

  7. Complete the Process

    • Click Continue again to finalize the connection.

  8. That's it! Congrats! 🎉

    • You're all set! Your YouTube channel is now connected to ZoomSphere.

⚠️ YouTube currently runs on both the old and new permission systems. The necessary permissions and connection process depend on the system your channel is using.
