Verify your website domain in Business Manager and be able to change your link post thumbnails!
Before you start
You need admin (full control) access to the Business Manager your Facebook Page belongs to.
You need access to your website’s domain settings (DNS) or website files. If you don’t have it, ask your web developer or IT team for help.
A domain can only be verified in one Business Manager. If someone else (for example, an agency) has already verified it, they need to share it with you instead.
1. Add your domain
👉 Open your Business settings. If you manage multiple businesses, first select the one your Facebook Page belongs to (1.).
👉 In the left menu, open Brand safety and suitability (2.) and select Domains. Click the blue Add button (3.) and select Create a new domain.
👉 Enter your root domain only, for example "zoomsphere.com", without https://, www or a page path, and hit Add.
The domain will be added to your assets. Now verify it using one of these methods:
Meta-tag: copy the meta-tag and paste it into the <head> section of your homepage.
HTML file: download the file and upload it to the root folder of your website.
DNS TXT record: copy the TXT record and add it to your domain’s DNS settings.
Click Verify domain.

Once the domain is verified – you will see a green label "Verified. "
Next, add the Facebook page to Connected Assets. Done! ✔️
If you still do not understand the verifying process or something isn't clear, please watch this video tutorial made by Facebook.
Now, return to your ZoomSphere Settings / Social media channels, click the three dots next to your Facebook Page, and select Refresh connection.
Facebook Link Post
Once your domain is verified and the connection refreshed, you can change the thumbnail for your link post. 👍
Insert the URL link to your Link post and wait for the default picture to be fetched. Then click on the scrape (refresh) buttons, and the Upload button will appear. Now, you can upload a new thumbnail picture. 👏
