Switch easily between your ZoomSphere Teams

For added convenience, ZoomSphere accommodates users with multiple accounts.

Easily navigate between these accounts using the Account Switcher for a seamless and user-friendly experience.

To utilize this function, click on your profile icon and select Switch Accounts.

Next, choose "Log in with another account.

Enter your login credentials and click login to proceed.

Once you've added all the desired accounts, you can easily switch between them using this feature whenever needed.

What if a saved account becomes inactive in the Switcher?

If you don’t access a saved ZoomSphere account via the Account Switcher for more than 3 months, the connection to that account will be automatically paused. This means you won’t be able to switch to it until it’s reactivated.

The fix is simple: just remove the account from your Switcher and add it again. This will refresh the connection and let you switch to it as usual.

Handy Tip:

Within the General settings, you have the flexibility to update your account's name and company name, enhancing your navigation experience when switching accounts.
