If you're sometimes having difficulties keeping yourself and your team organized, look no further. Using the proven Kanban layout, the Workflow Manager helps you stay productive through the ability to organize, delegate, and track your work progress.
Honestly, we cannot imagine our lives without it anymore here in ZoomSphere. 🩷

What can you use it for?

  • Project management

  • Content plan

  • Wishlist/feature request

  • Bug reporting

  • Time-off evidence

  • Candidate screening

  • Anything that you can come up with πŸ‘Œ

How does it work?

The simple system of columns and cards ensures perfect organization for every project you are working on. You can create as many of them as you need!

  • Move both columns and cards around the panels with the Drag & Drop function

  • Change the name, description, and color of the column by clicking on Edit Column (in the menu – the three dots on the top of a column)

Click + Add new card and just type some short description and hit Enter.

Then click on it and the card detail will open.

You can have fun with:

  • Description with a text editor – functions like tick box, list, links, etc.

  • Complete task - Mark your completed task.

  • Deadlines – Establish a clear deadline within the Workflow Manager to ensure timely task completion and efficient project progression.

  • Assignee – Assign tasks to your team members to ensure clear ownership and facilitate seamless task tracking.

  • Labels – Amazing feature to sort out your cards (you can create Labels like Blog, Web, HOT, Bug, Important, Email...).

  • Attachments – Add documents/images to the card.

  • Comments – Add comments and notes, use emoticons and add attachments, discuss things with your teammates or clients and tag them (@name) – they will receive a notification.

  • Activity Log – See all changes made to the card by anyone.

Mark your completed task. It will be automatically moved into the Completed Cards section. βœ”οΈ

Discuss important matters with your teammates in the Comment Section. Record voice messages, attach documents, create polls and infuse a friendly atmosphere by sharing GIFs.

Filter your cards via the "Assigned to me" view and never lose sight of your responsibilities.

Effortlessly track changes in Workflow Manager by accessing the Activity Log through the clock icon in the top bar.

Tips & Tricks

Attach a tick-off list to your card

Boost your productivity with Workflow Manager by creating tasks with tick boxes directly into the card description. Explore plenty of formatting options, including headlines, lists, and text highlighting, to tailor your task details for optimal organization and clarity.

Create Labels

Efficiently structure your tasks using vibrant labels for enhanced navigation. Divide your cards according to type, for example Blog post, Newsletter, Podcast, etc. You can also designate colors like red for urgent tasks requiring immediate attention or associate labels with specific campaign names to monitor related tasks easily.

Renew deleted cards

There is a possibility to Renew a card that was deleted by clicking on the bin icon and choosing Renew card under a particular card.
