If you're sometimes having difficulties keeping yourself and your team organized, look no further. Using the proven Kanban layout, the Workflow Manager helps you stay productive through the ability to organize, delegate, and track your work progress.

We cannot imagine our lives without it anymore here in ZoomSphere. 🩷

How Does it Work?

The simple system of columns and cards ensures perfect organization for every project you are working on. You can create as many of them as you need!

Add new task cards, create and customize, and move columns. When the task is completed, simply mark it off to move the task to Completed Cards.

Key Features

Task Description

Add the task description. Boost your productivity with Workflow Manager by creating tasks with tick boxes directly into the card description. Explore plenty of formatting options, including headlines, lists, and text highlighting, to tailor your task details for optimal organization and clarity.

Complete task

Mark your completed task. It will be automatically moved into the Completed Cards section. ✔️

Deadlines

Establish a clear deadline within the Workflow Manager to ensure timely task completion and efficient project progression.

Assignee

Assign tasks to your team members to ensure clear ownership and facilitate seamless task tracking.

Assign to me

Filter your cards via the "Assigned to me" view and never lose sight of your responsibilities.

Labels

Efficiently organize your tasks using vibrant labels to enhance navigation. Divide your cards by type, such as Blog Post, Newsletter, Podcast, etc. Additionally, you can designate colors, like red, for urgent tasks requiring immediate attention or associate labels with specific campaign names to easily monitor related tasks.

Attachments

Add documents and images to the card.

Comments

Add comments and notes, utilize emojis and attachments, engage in discussions with your teammates or clients, and tag them (@name) to ensure they receive notifications. You can also record voice messages, attach documents, create polls, and foster a friendly atmosphere by sharing GIFs.

Activity Log

Easily track all changes made to a card by accessing the Activity Log. You can view the entire history of modifications in the Workflow Manager by clicking the clock icon in the top bar or accessing the card detail and viewing its history.

Renew deleted cards

If you've accidentally deleted a card, don't worry! You can easily renew it by clicking the bin icon and selecting "Renew card" under the specific card. This action will restore the card to its original column while preserving its activity log history.

Follow button

Follow your Workflow Manager to receive notifications when someone creates a new comment or mentions you on any card.

Mobile App

Get a phone notification whenever a new card is assigned, or anyone mentions you.
