ZoomSphere MCP lets you work with your ZoomSphere account directly from an AI chat like Claude â no copy-pasting, no switching tabs, no manual setup in a separate automation tool. You describe what you want in plain language, and the AI does it inside ZoomSphere for you.
What is MCP?
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard that lets AI assistants connect directly to real tools and data â in our case, your ZoomSphere account.
The easiest way to think about it: a regular API executes one fixed command and nothing more. MCP is different â it gives an AI assistant the context to understand what you're trying to achieve, decide which steps are needed, and carry them out for you, across one or several connected tools.
That means you can go from "I have a folder of photos" to "I have a week of scheduled posts" in one conversation, instead of manually briefing, drafting, formatting, and scheduling each piece of content yourself.
Why is it great?
Skip the tab-switching. Research, drafting, and scheduling can happen in one conversation instead of jumping between separate tools.
Keep your context in one place. Your AI assistant remembers your strategy, your brand voice, and your preferences, and applies them automatically. You don't have to re-explain them every time.
Combine ZoomSphere with your other MCP-connected tools. If you also connect tools like Google Drive, Canva, or Dropbox, your assistant can pull assets from one and schedule the finished post in ZoomSphere, all in the same conversation.

Get post totals and averages per network, split by channel, post type, or content pillar, with a period-over-period comparison
Filter post analytics by network, post type, tags, or content pillars
Look up metrics for specific posts, including breakdowns like reactions by type

Send feedback
Report an issue or suggestion about the MCP server straight to the ZoomSphere team
Put together, this means your assistant can schedule or publish a post outright, prepare a draft for your approval, check a network's limits before anything goes live, and attach an image or video to the post â all in the same conversation, once you're connected.
How to work with it
Once connected, just describe what you want in your own words. A few examples to get you started:
"Draft a LinkedIn post announcing our new feature launch and save it in ZoomSphere."
"Show me what's scheduled on our calendar for next week."
"Take the idea I just added to the Scheduler calendar and turn it into a draft post."
"I'm uploading photos from last week's shoot. Pick the best ones and prepare draft posts for Instagram."
You can also work the other way around: add a note in Ideas in the Scheduler calendar describing the post you want, and use that as the starting point when you ask your assistant to prepare a draft.
Good to know
ZoomSphere MCP works with the AI platforms that support MCP connectors.
The more context you give (your goals, your tone of voice, what's worked well before), the better the results, since the assistant carries that context with it across the conversation.
This is a new capability, and we're actively expanding what it can do â if there's a workflow you'd like to see supported, let us know.
