To support a small number of usage-based features while keeping the rest of the platform unchanged, we're introducing a new credit system. Credits will only apply to specific actions:
Publishing link posts to X (Twitter)
Publishing posts without a link to X (Twitter)
Using the AI Copywriter
All other features remain exactly the same.
Why Are Credits Used?
This change has been introduced in response to X's API pricing changes, which now apply costs to publishing through third-party platforms.
Credits are only applied to a small number of usage-based features.
For X (Twitter) publishing, the credits reflect the costs associated with X's paid API. We do not add any mark-up to X publishing credits-they are simply a way to transparently cover the costs imposed by the platform.
For AI Copywriter usage, credits help account for the computing resources required to generate content. Since AI usage can vary significantly between users, a credit-based model ensures that costs are distributed fairly based on actual usage rather than being built into your subscription plan.
Understanding your credits
You can find your Credit Usage Overview in Settings → Billing.
In your Credits Overview, you can easily see:
Available free credits
Purchased prepaid credits
Credits used during the current month
What does each action cost?
Each action requires the following number of credits.
1 credit = 1 USD.

Free Credits Every Month
Every team will have 5 credits free of charge available at the beginning of every month. Unused prepaid credits roll over, providing flexibility if your usage varies from month to month.
How Far Will 5 Credits Go?
For many users, the included monthly allocation will be more than sufficient:
25 x posts with links
500 x posts without links
5,000 AI requests
Purchasing more credits
If your usage exceeds the included monthly allowance, additional credits can be purchased with an active subscription.
💡 Prepaid credits are automatically carried over from month to month, so any unused balance remains available for future use. For example, if you have 12 prepaid credits remaining at the end of the month, you'll still see all 12 credits in your account when the new month begins.
Free credits are refreshed on the first day of each month and reset to the default allocation of 5 credits.
How to purchase
Navigate to your Administrator Account's Settings → Billing.
❗Please note: The Billing section is only available to users who pay for their subscription via the payment gateway.
Find the Credits section and click Purchase Credits.
Select the amount and click Continue to Payment.
Your Credits will be added to your balance.
💡 The minimum credit purchase is 100 CZK (approximately €4).
What happens if I don't have enough credits?
X (Twitter) posts
Scheduled posts require sufficient credits at the time of publishing. If your credit balance is too low, the post will not be published and will be moved to Error status, even if it was scheduled when enough credits were available.
Once additional credits have been purchased, you can simply click Try Again and the post will be published.
AI Copywriter
If there are insufficient credits available, the AI Copywriter will display a notification explaining the issue and directing you to the credit purchase page, where you can quickly add more credits to your account.
