Providing clear and effective feedback to your team is crucial for smooth collaboration in ZoomSphere. As a Client, you can leave comments directly on posts using the Comment tab with @mentions, or communicate through chat options, including group chat, direct messages (DMs), and workspace chat.
Leaving Comments on Posts (Comment Tab)
Open the Post:
Navigate to the Scheduler and click on the post you want to review.
Use the Comment Tab:
In the post preview, switch to the Comment tab.
Type your feedback in the comment box.
Use @mention to tag a specific team member, ensuring they receive an email, bell, and push notification.
Submit Your Comment:
Click Send to post your comment.
The tagged team member will be notified and can respond directly.
Sending Feedback via Chat
1. Group Chat
Use Group Chat when you need to discuss feedback with multiple team members at once.
Open Chat in ZoomSphere and select the appropriate group conversation.
Type your feedback and tag relevant users with @mention.
2. Direct Messages (DMs)
Use DMs to send private feedback to a specific team member.
Open Chat, select the user, and type your message.
You can include links to posts for quick reference.
3. Workspace Chat
Use Workspace Chat for broader discussions within a workspace.
Navigate to Chat and choose the workspace discussion.
Post your feedback and tag relevant team members.

Be clear and specific with your comments.
