Save time and effort with Bulk Actions, designed to handle high-volume tasks effortlessly. Update post statuses, delete multiple posts at once, share content directly via chat, or duplicate posts in bulk—all in just a few clicks. Supporting Facebook Stories is now part of ZoomSphere! Whether you want to schedule them to post automatically or share them manually through our mobile app, you’re in complete control. Learn more

Elevate your posts with User Tagging, allowing you to tag up to 10 professional Instagram accounts. This feature ensures proper recognition, boosts visibility, and strengthens professional relationships, helping you amplify your reach and impact. Learn more

9. 20-Slide Instagram Carousel 🎡

Create engaging, story-driven content with the 20-Slide Instagram Carousel, perfect for showcasing detailed guides, step-by-step processes, or captivating visuals. For carousels with up to 10 slides, posts can be auto-published seamlessly. For those with 11 or more slides, manual publishing through the ZoomSphere app is required due to Instagram's API limitations. Learn more

Need to find a post from last week or last year? The Calendar Content Search Bar makes it super easy to locate exactly what you’re looking for. Learn more

Easily upload files directly to tools like Scheduler, Workflow Manager, Notes, and Chat, ensuring all your assets are accessible where and when you need them. 14. Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) 🔒

Strengthen your security with Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)—your account’s personal bodyguard. By requiring a second verification step, such as a code sent to your device, 2FA ensures your data stays safe even if your password is compromised. 15. Workflow Manager with User Filter

16. New Help Menu

The revamped help menu is your one-stop shop for all things support. It now includes a Help Center button, a 'What’s New' section leading to our newsfeed, video tutorials, and a 'Suggest a Feature' option that connects you to our feedback page.

17. Redesigned Administrator Settings & New Scheduler Panel

Experience a smoother workflow with the redesigned Administrator Settings for Social Media Channels and Users & Teams tabs, offering improved organization and usability. In the Scheduler app, the new right-hand grey panel brings a modern, streamlined look, making content planning even more intuitive!
