Settings
Go to your mobile device Settings, access the Apps menu, and select the ZoomSphere app. From there, enable the option "Paste from Other Apps."

Stumbled upon something inspiring while browsing social media? You can share posts and videos directly from social platforms to ZoomSphere Chat. This may come in handy for:

flagging a competitor's campaign or product launch for the team to review
sending an influencer's post to a channel to discuss a potential collaboration
dropping a viral format or meme into the chat as inspiration for your next post
💡 Sharing videos from social networks is only supported for Chat, not ZoomSphere Files.

Find the video on a social network and tap the Share button.
Find and select the ZoomSphere mobile app.
Select the chat you want to share the video to.

Sharing Photos to Files
You can share photos directly from your phone's gallery to ZoomSphere Files. This may come in handy for:
uploading event photos straight into a shared folder
saving product shots or campaign visuals from a photoshoot directly to the team's content library
sharing behind-the-scenes content for authentic social posts

Select photos from your gallery.
Tap the Share button.
Find and select the ZoomSphere mobile app.
Choose whether to share to Chat or Files.
Select the exact destination (a specific chat or a Files folder).
Click Upload.
