You will need to have access to the Master Account.
There are two main scenarios:
First β The email you want to use as your Master Account email is not yet being used in ZoomSphere
This scenario is simpler β just go to your main settings β General settings and click on Change email at the bottom of the page.
Don't forget to verify the automatically generated email, which will be sent to your email address.
Second β The email you want to use for your Master Account is already being used in your team
In other words, you want someone from your team to become the Master Account.
In this case, you will need to do the following:
1. Remove the existing user account, for example, David Kubes (who will become the Master Account) by clicking the bin icon, and transfer the data and apps that are linked to the account to another user account from your team.
2. Once you delete the email from the database, you will be able to change your Master Account email to the one you have just deleted (David Kubes).
Go to the main settings β General settings β Change email.
You can also Change the password if you don't want the new Master Account to be using the old one.
3. Do not forget to save any updates.
4. Lastly, please verify the automatically generated email, which will be sent to the new email address you have just changed.
So, the new Master Account (David Kubes) will receive an email, click on the confirmation link, and sign in to ZoomSphere with his same email address as usual β but using the previous Master Account password (or the new one if it was changed).
Note: Each email address can be registered in ZoomSphere only once.
In the end, you can also change the name details in your Profile Settings.π
