How to Use Files in ZoomSphere
Uploading Files
Open Files in your Workspace.
Click the red Upload Files button and select files from your device.
To stay organized, click +New, choose Create Folder, and move your files into it.
You can attach files stored in Files from any of these apps:
Scheduler: Upload assets while creating posts. Use Select from ZS Files to pick a file.
Workflow Manager: Attach files to task cards for better collaboration.
Notes: Add files to notes for documentation and reference.
ZoomSphere Chat: Click the + attachment icon to share assets instantly in conversations.
