Please inform us at your earliest convenience before the start of the next billing cycle. Once the billing cycle has begun and the invoice has been issued, we are unable to cancel the subscription for that billing cycle.

Once your subscription is canceled, your ZoomSphere apps will be deactivated. However, your ZoomSphere account will remain active (unless deleted), allowing you to access and reactivate your plan anytime.
