As you may have already heard, Twitter has a new API that brings many changes affecting some of the ZoomSphere Apps and is applying its new limitations to all third-party tools. ๐ฉ
Twitter Refresh
โ All internally connected Twitter accounts must be refreshed in the Master account Settings / Social Profiles / Twitter as the connection is lost due to the transition to the new API.
โ If you experience issues with your Twitter account, please contact your Master account to get it fixed.
What changes for the Apps?
Since it is no longer possible to receive any Twitter insight or public data, Twitter is no longer supported in the Analytics, Benchmarking, and Monitoring apps. โ ๏ธ
Receiving Twitter comments & mentions in the Community Management app is no longer possible. โ ๏ธ
Scheduling to Twitter in the Scheduler app has been reduced to only one Twitter account per post and two published posts within 10 minute floating window. โ ๏ธ
And what doesn't change?
Twitter Direct messages (DMs) in the Community Management are still accessible. โ
